I heard tell of a sitcom which would include Cheyenne Jackson and Nathan Lane. Does anyone have any dish or inside information about this? Is it a comedy? Drama? What is it about? Will there be other Broadway stars who are included in this show?

Did you just ask if a sitcom was a comedy?

^Bump, no one has any news on this project? Not even a comment about how you feel about it?

Cheyenne has been involved in a number of television projects, but I have yet to hear of him working with Nathan Lane on any of them. The one that sounded most interesting was a pilot that sounded not unlike the plot to Falsettos. Cheyenne was to be the Whizzer-type character who befriends his newly-outed lover's son. I love him on 30 Rock!

This was posted on Broadway.com on November 4th:

Cheyenne Jackson and Ken Jenkins Join Nathan Lane in USA Comedy Pilot

"Broadway veterans Cheyenne Jackson and Ken Jenkins have joined a previously announced untitled USA comedy pilot opposite Tony winner Nathan Lane, according to TVLine.com.

The show follows Jasper (Lane), a down-on-his-luck actor ,who puts his career on hold to move home to Texas to take care of his sick father (Jenkins). Jackson will play the town's handsome doctor who befriends Lane's character."
