Iceland is now the next major threat. All that ice has got to problems somewhere. Somehow they will convince someone that the ICE is the source of our drug problem.
Greenland was considered, because of the environmental "green" nutcases come there, but the Oil Companies would rather focuses on the good connotation of "green" - cold, hard cash, and thought the dual meaning might confuse our CIC.
