Did you see the kid that danced in the style of Gene Kelly and that era? I thought he was great. But then I felt a little sad because you dont see that style so much anymore. It makes me want to rent a bunch of those old movies! Does it get any better than Gene Kelly?

I was never overly thrilled by Gene Kelly, so yes, for me it does get better. Vera-Ellen, Fred Astaire, Donald O'Connor, Debbie Reynolds, Rita Hayworth...
Kelly was certainly a technically proficient dancer, but his routines were always extremely egotistical. Thus, eliminating any real joy for me.
