Software that Eliminates Vocal Tracks

I remember reading once on the boards here about a software that rips out the vocal tracks from a cd, leaving you only with the music?

can anyone fill me in on the name again?

I think it's called Audacity. It's freeware that you can get for your Mac.

How do you remove the vocals?
