The "cheap eats" thread gave me this question-Does anyone know of any places to eat that aren't all haughty when you are solo-ing dinner and want a quick pre-theatre meal?

Unfortunately you're not and it makes me very sad.

And reminds me of that Sex and the City episode where Candice Bergen (I think) is complaining that everything has to come in pairs, like meals. re: Solo Eats

The Euro-Diner...formally Starstruck...is cheap and you should feel pretty comfy dining solo there. It's on 8th between...hmmm...help me out someone...???...anyone???
