I have lost almost all interest in ER a few years ago too, after they dared kill off Romano. Now I just watch it because I want to stare at Goran Visnjic for hours.

Why can't they kill of that irritating ginger guy whose name escapes me? And Pratt and Chen? They all have to go. Can't stand them.

Chen's already gone. Pratt's not too bad, so I hope he sticks around. But yes, that irritating ginger (?) guy, Morris, is SO annoying. Someone please gouge his eyes out with a scalpel.

Abby is the best character, I think.

Okay, so Noah's really done? Ugh. I'll have to find somebody who taped it... or... I guess they'll re-run in sequence over the summer. That means I'll have to wait until the fall to watch it, but whatever.

I missed a lot of this season entirely and have only been half watching the rest of it, so Chen's more than welcome departure eluded me. Pratt is up there with Morris for me in annoyance stakes, but that's mainly because I hate Mekhi Phifer with the burning passion of 1000 suns in anything and everything he does.

What about the one who went to Iraq (I think)? The one who was thinking about being with Neela, but he had to leave. He's been on the show forever, I just can't remember his name. Is he still gone?

Gallant. And I don't know. The episode where he came back and got it on with Neela ended with him giving a letter to someone to give to Neela "if anything happens to me". Which kind of made me think he may as well have had a big neon arrow pointing to him flashing the word "dead". But who knows?

I never really liked Carter and I don't think Noah is good looking. His nostrils annoy me, shallow, I know.

They need to bring back Julianna Margulies.

Or they should take notes from L&O and CSI and make it more about the hospital and less about their personal lives. That stroke episode with Cythia Nixon was awesome.

I think that's why I wanted Carter to go - I never liked those Africa shows (what does that have to do with the ER?)

heh. I never knew anything even happened with Gallant and Neela. But yeah, I'd assume that means he's dead, or going to be dead. That's sad - I kind of liked him.

The Africa shows had to do with the Doctors Without Borders idea, didn't they? That's pretty heavy, and very important stuff, as is the political struggle in places like that. It doesn't matter if it has nothing to do with that specific emergency room in Chicago or wherever they are. Granted, it was probably the show's attempt to get some new blood pumping through its plotline, but it's not stupid just because it's different. That was a pretty shallow comment to make.

The Cynthia Nixon episode was probably my favorite this season...of the ones I have watched. I agree the show should be canned... let the 12th season be the last, before it gets much worse. The original doctors had charm, were likeable, even Benson in all his a$$holene$$ was likeable because we knew why he was such an a$$. Now, some are jerks just because... And yes, Abby is my favorite in the show.
