Not surprisingly, Congestion Pricing is going to reborn as tolls on East Side Bridges may be imposed.

Into subways that are overcrowded now? Make sure you do not complain when prices increase on everything as costs are just passed along to the consumer.

Hopefully, you are not that naive to believe that the money will go to mass transit. It will go there much like lottery money went to education.

Lottery money does go towards education. The only problem is that there is no correlation between higher per-pupil spending and better public schools.

The improvements in mass transit will come.

But people need to get out of their cars in New York City.

I would love to see the plan for the tollbooths on the Brooklyn Bridge! It will be very interesting! They have been discussing this for years and it never comes to pass because the way the bridges are laid out it is near impossible
