#1Sound designing advice for Chromolume #7
Posted: 1/19/11 at 4:59pmI'm music directing Sunday in the Park with George at my university this semester and I am absolutely lost with how to approach Chromolume #7. What I would like to do is record the entire thing as canned music. Any ideas?

Get a MIDI compatible synthesizer and use a computer sequencing program such as Cakewalk.
People complain about the "canned" sound of sequenced music, but in this case you WANT it to sound computerized! Since you're not trying to imitate "real" acoustic instruments, even a cheap keyboard (under $150) will yield a good sound.
