Sprint Nextel...is disconnecting more than 1,000 subscribers for calling its customer service lines too often and making what the company called unreasonable requests.

I just read this, and an article in the LA Times that stated that some customers feel they should be paid an early termination fee, just as they would have to pay if they terminated early.

From a radio report this morning, I'm amazed Sprint tolerated them as long as they did.
