Posted: 2/11/08 at 6:56pmAs more & more people send e mail, less & less use regular mail. They have to continue to raise rates to make up for the loss. Sort of a catch 22.

I am the editor of a newsletter for a non-profit organization. Our postage went up 30% with the last increase. Another increase like that could possibly put an end to any hard copy delivery of our newsletter, so the post office will actually lose money by charging more.
