Stopping responses from these threads from appearing in my e-mail

I know that at one time, I checked the box that said "forward responses to my e-mail." However, I hadn't considered that the thread I did that with would continue far beyond my interest in it. How do I stop this now? I NEED HELP!!!!

Go to MY SETTINGS, edit them, and there you can choose not to get the responses sent to your e-mail.
