I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.

Posted: 5/19/08 at 1:46amWaking up in the morning, getting dressed, walking out into the sun and picking ripe apricots off the tree. Music of the duduk. No better way to start breakfast or the day. However, they are a mid-late summer fruit where I am.

I'm VERY excited about the summer season and the joys of nature it brings!
My salads get a whole lot more interesting during this time of the year.
