Well I finnally experienced Therapy. My oh my. What a bunch of friendly people. new Yorkers sure know how to make a boy welcome. ( I didn't tell anyone I was from L.A. because usually that gets attitude). So.. whats a cool gay place to go to on Sunday night?

A c plus? I am looking forward to reading it tomorrow. I will be in NY in a couple of weeks and I was trying to figure out what shows to take my mom to and that was one I was thinking of, so after I read the review I will know I guess :)

Hottest new gay dance club/party in NYC...

PROBE

Located in Chelsea at 431 W. 16th St.

New 10 Million Dollar Club. Just opened last Sunday.
It's supposed to be fabulous!

Described as "classy, chic, and comfortable" and "a Las Vegas-style spectacular that has all the splendor and luxury that a super-club can provide".

Probe opens at 6pm for a Tea Dance that lasts until 11pm, then they change DJs, who spin "deeper, more underground New York club music" until closing, at 5am.

Note - Only gay on Sundays.
Mon-Sat. operates as a straight club under the name GLO.

Located at 6th Ave. and 20th Street.
AVALON is located in the old LIMELIGHT space.

There's always Rambles at the Park on Sunday night. Park is usually a restaurant but it's a big ol' gay party on Sundays.
And there's now apparently a hot new party (it's THE party now I'm told) at the top of the Maritime Hotel in Chelsea...

Yes, Splash has musical theatre Mondays. For another gay bar, I recommend Barrage on 47th and 9th (owned by the same people that own Therapy). It is a bit cheaper than Therapy, and people are also friendly.

I used to go to Barrage for my pre-theater cocktail. But it has deteriorated in the last couple of years. And what is that new horrendous decor about? Bring back the model pictures please!
