Does anyone know this song? I did a search, and there was something that said it was Creedence Clearwater Revival, but I can't find a recording of it anywhere. Does anyone know if this is the song title or the right group? It's for a special Christmas present.

i beleive the song you're thinking of is called the weight

creedence may have done a cover of it as did joan baez and a few others, but it was the band what wrote.

and matt you're lucky i love the song because it's now in my head and will be there probaably the rest of the day.

i love this song! i own the original version by the band AND the remake by diana ross and the supremes with the temptations.
most def a classic!
