Tap Shoes rubber installation

Does anybody know where I can get rubbers put on my tap shoes for cheap? I know Capezio in Time Square used to do it, but my dance teacher told me they do not anymore. Besides, it was really expensive there to get the taps put on. Thanks for any help!
