Tarnation
So no one has seen it? How strange. An arty documentary from NYC that's getting rave reviews and no one here has seen it yet. Hmmmmmm....

Devastating.
This might be the best of the year to date of any genre.
I will need to see it again although I can't take it right away.
Anyone (like me) whose family (like mine) has had to deal with mental illness will be equally upset.
A must.
I must admit that until a few moments ago, I hadn't heard of it.
I'm mostly curious because Jonathan was a friend of mine in Houston. We did some shows together and he dated a friend of mine (we all met in the cast of Godspell). I knew about his mother as well as his own psychological troubles (his lifestyle in his apartment was pretty out there), but he is actually one of the kindest and sweetest persons I have ever known. When I went back to school, we lost touch and I had heard he moved to NYC. I would love to see him again, though. I can't wait to see the film and I wish him all the success in the world. He really needed a hearty dose of good luck. I hope I can get in touch with him.
