This is such a fun collection of horror movie scenes:

I remember when I was a kid who would get nightmares from the opening credits to Freddy's Nightmares, this used to air on the weekend afternoon movie. It's well done, for sure. Probably because of how scared I was of slasher films in particular as a kid, I became obsessed with early 80s slashers as a teen and university student--there's a really good and even handed docu on the genre called Going To Pieces that came out a few years back.
When a Stranger Calls had a fright that was so effective and scary in a cinema that it gave me nightmares for week. Saw it in the middle of winter on a Saturday night when the power went out. Cinema had there own power. Was 10 years old, had to check the house alone before my mum would go into the house. One scary movie and that set up is brilliant.
Should also add that I am taking about the original not that stupid remake
I remember seeing that in the theatre with my brother! It turned me on to a lot of horror flicks.
Always enjoyed this documentary, good to see it again!
