Don't want to be disrespectful to the victims and their families, so can someone please let me know when is the appropriate time to start talking about gun control?

Beyond sad. Heartfelt condolences to the victim's families and friends.

Well it definitely wouldn't apply to a dead body.

The double standard perpetuated by not only by Trump, but the media at large, is disgusting.

If the shooter is white, than he's either mentally ill and/or a lone wolf, or 'doesn't fit the mass shooter profile'. White terrorists are generally more humanized by the media. See the Aurora, Colorado movie theater shooter who was described as a 'typical American kid.'

If the shooter is someone of color, they're quickly vilified and labeled as terrorists or 'thugs'.

This needs to change.
