Wexy, your post resonated with me. When I was a kid, my dad had several African-American friends who were in and out of our house all the time. It was a great experience. I'm lucky enough to live in a very diverse neighborhood now as well, and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Justice, tolerance, committment and love should be celebrated every day of the year.
