yes i know this has probably come up before...

anyone know the deal on this Goldrich and Heisler song? have they officially gotten the rights all worked out and such? i have a huge competition coming up and it would be perfect but i would hate to screw anything up with published/nonpublished works drama...

any inside knowledge?
