Rod and Amber LOSE......
and on the West Coast we're saying HOW SWEET IT IS........the good guys DO win now and then!
La Cage Aux Folles is nominated for Best Revival and Rob & Amber lose...all is right with the world.
I am so glad Uchenna and Joyce won, as they were the more deserving of all the teams.
yes, the good guys won. I have never heard of an American major carrier pulling back to the gate after doors have closed...so I'm sure there's something behind that we may never know.
I was for Rod and Amber until they started doing things like not stopping for the accident, and comments they made on TV that were insensitive to the people and places they were in...just wasn't right.
Beav, I just want to see the "Ugly Divorce Show" if it happens.....but doubt it well, they seem well-suited. But.....it is now time to tuen their 15 minutes of fame...OFF.

WHERES THE ROMBER LOVE?
You guys, please just know that it's editing. I posted a whole **** load over in the BWW Survivor thread about this. U&J were the good guys because they wanted you to like them in the end. To be honest - except for Joyce losing her hair, they didn't do anything good in this game. Boring. And kinda whiny - next time Joyce cries take a shot. I was piss drunk by the end of the night.
I liked them though, and I think they did deserve it more than Romber because Romber will get the money anyway because they know how to work the media.
However, I don't think Romber is evil. Elphaba, read my post in the BWW Survivor thread. The car thing could have very well been editing, and in fact probably was. I know that if there was a car accident, and I see everybody basically alive and moving, and another team already helping, I wouldn't do a damn thing because it's a race and there isn't anything that you can do to help. I would call out the window "Hey, can I help" to a response of "no" and keep driving. We weren't shown Romber calling out for obvious reasons - they wanted America to kind of despise them.
They also wanted to show a different side of TAR - the Survivor side, and that's how they marketed this season. See the Survivors on TAR, and it's amazing how they created a whole new game of strategy and deception, and it really refreshed TAR.
And as for comments - we all make those, and I found them funny. Everyone's opinions are different, but I see through the editing. "It's so hard to organize Indian labor!" Come on, that was hilarious!
Romber is first place in my heart.
I found it funny that in a lot of the foriegn countries they went to, people were jumping out wanting to help Romber. But when they came back to the States nobody seemed to give a flying crap.
Yay for Uchenna and Joyce!
