Anyone watching?
I have to say that seeing all those grad-school corporate big shots run around like chickens trying to be the first to find the helicopter on the golf course was HYSTERICAL!!
The opposite of creation isn't war, it's stagnation.

I laughed out loud when Trump said that he likes dividing the teams into men and women because he has trouble telling the teams apart otherwise. I feel his pain.

Omarosa because she still has that piece of "cee-ment" lodged in her head to throw at Melissa.

Good riddance, Melissa was unbearable!

I still find Trump's Apprentice more interesting than Martha's yesterday. Martha coddles too much ("You don't fit in"???) and her 'viceroys' have no personality, while Caroline and George are like Karen & Jack - almost better than the stars of the show!

Posted: 9/23/05 at 12:17amI've never seen a single second of this show; but I happened upon the Martha Stewart version, last night, and found it oddly fascinating.

Posted: 9/23/05 at 12:23amIt's a compelling concept for sure, but Martha's version is almost exactly like Trump's in layout and personalities, and it gets tired. If you liked Martha's, check out Trump's. He, and especially George and Carolyn, make the show watchable. I found Martha's contestants to be either too over-the-top bitchy or too bland.

I was disappointed that J went first on Martha. So much for seeing a remotely hot guy with his shirt off. The Jim Carrey wannabe is pretty cute, but he's also an obnoxiously repressed homosexual. "Flair reminds me of limp-wristed sissy boys" or something...
Re: The Apprentice with Donald Trump.
It's funny how many RUSSIAN jokes surrounded Alla. Homegirl is so Valley.
All bets on Randal making it into the final four.

According to an article on the Fans Of Reality TV forum, Alla's X-rated past just so happened to have recently been uncovered.

How some of these people have succeeded in the business world is beyond me. If you've ever worked in a corporate setting, you had to laugh out loud at Melissa's "I'm hispanic, and hispanics tend to be cheap" rant. Can you imagine that in a boardroom? Fart. in. church. Fart... in... church.
I couldn't stomach more than 5 minutes of the Martha Show, because I can't stand clones. Give me the original 'Apprentice' any day. My only fear is that they seem to be stretching. Stretching in terms of gimmicks... "The team can vote for immunity, uh, show of hands?" And stretching in terms of personality. The contestants seem to be cartoon versions of their predecessors. Though no one can provide as much evil fodder as Omarosa did, it seems like the casting agent was looking for a formula, "Omarosa-type"... a "Bill-type"... a "Kwame-type"...
I'll still watch, because I find it a compelling and amusing sytlized charicature or my daily life in the American business world. These people are out there.
