These trends change so quickly now, it must be hard for those who try to keep up. I swear it was only 3 months back that all of the same sites were talking about the new "spornosexual" (I still hate that term,) body type.

I've spent my life banging men on the Dad Bod spectrum, almost exclusively.

I have always found the Dad Bod sexy. I have never found the sculpted abs attractive. To me they always seemed too artificial and self absorbed.

From a different perspective, I was explaining to my daughters that the Dad Bod is my new goal! I am down 63 pounds since 2004 - maybe I will look like Jon Hamm soon!

Nor me. They look like scales on a reptile.
A smooth stomach, with a gentle curve in profile is much more attractive.
