Here's what I can tell you; The town you live in, or the school you go to, has something called a library. If that library uses the Dewey Decimal System, go to "812-I". There you will find plays wrtiien by people who's last names start witht he letter "I". You most likely will find a copy of the play. If not, there is something called book store. If not, there issomething called Amazon.com.

Okay, that was incredibly rude... I do infact have a library and we do have the script however it's out, and it won't be coming in until the 5th, so in the meantime i thought other people might know something about it.

And next time if your just going to be rude, then don't answer and take you anger elsewhere... because you must be really bitter about something to take it out on other people.

It wasn't rude, it's the truth. Be an actor, do your homework.

"The stage is where I live and come alive and act out all the things that go on in my life. It's not just what I do for a living, it's my shrink and my love affair. No one in my life has ever or ever will kiss me on the mouth like this lover called my relationship with my performance."

I get tired of people clogging up these boards with questions like:

Where does "OKLAHOMA" take place?

Is "THE BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS" suitable for children?

Is "A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC" a musical?

Does "SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS" have lots of roles for girls?

There is a 4 play volume of the hit works of William Inge that ought to be in everyone's basic play library. Inge is always good for scene study.

Try www.abebooks.com to see if they have any copies. It is something like "The Collected Plays of William Inge" and includes, Dark, Picnic, Sheba and Bus Stop.

We asked our high school administration for their okay to do this as our senior play during the late 60s and were turned down. They cited violence and language, but we figured out later it was really sex sex sex and then sexual undertones and sexual overtones. More's the pity.
