After an amazing three month stay with my Anthony Rapp as Mark collage (complete with lyrics), I finally sucked up and made this my background:

The home screen is strictly television, as it is much more passive and relaxing. At work they only allow the "blue clouds flying human silhouette standard Windows issue desktop". So i just make sure my shortcut icons are pretty much all over it (though the pic is really not that bad). i mess around with the shortcut icon view to give it some variety, which drives our part-time IT guy crazy. But he's so cute i don't mind him lecturing me.
Will: They don't give out awards for helping people be gay... unless you count the Tonys.
