Bought the movie and watched it yesterday, and I was underwhelmed.

The book is definitely a lot better, and as expected, goes into a lot more detail than the movie. I can't believe all the hype surrounding the movie.

Cont to like the film, catching lots of little details, The 2nd disc w extras STILL doesn't explain that damn Cornucopia but there are some interesting things none the less. Sutherland's letter to Ross is featured in Letters From the Rose Garden about his thoughts on Snow and the universe of Panem is fascinating esp the last short paragraph.

see what happens when u write the best Mad Men episode?

Great choice! I think he could solve some of the issues in the transferring this book to the screen.
