It's nothing more than a shameless copy of "Rapper's Delight."
Think about it:
"Asereje, ja, de je" = "I said a hip, hop, da hip"
"An de bugui an de buididipi" = "And da boogie to da boogie da beat"

I visited Spain for 2 weeks the summer/fall this song came out and I lurves it! Such memories. And that dance. Haven't listened to it in ages though. My friend and I were so excited when they were playing Webster Hall when we got back...she actually went. LOL.
