Those are awesome! I don't really understand the concept...I mean...obviously people didn't die and send their pictures in to a contest. But whether or not some are photoshopped, the images are striking.
The last one of the train is making me queesy, that's one of my biggest fears.
--Like an odd exotic creature on display inside a zoo, hearing children asking questions makes me ask some questions too...--

BSO the eiffel tower one isn't nearly as frightening to me because I would never put myself in that position, whereas a train de-railing would be out of my control.
Being the idiot I am I can see myself dying due to being headbutted to death by a bull. I'd totally put myself in that position. I've already been hit head-on by two ponies, and from behind by a horse. But I'm not dead yet.

The Eiffel tower one is definitely Photoshopped. In the lower left, you can see part of a hand, and the lighting/color of it isn't consistent with the rest of the picture.
ETA: The train one too, the "WRONG WAY" sign is so fake. The bull one certainly looks real, but I find it hard to believe that it would be possibly to take a picture of that clarity from that sort of position.

that's what I thought about the bull one.
At first, it puzzled me. But after close examination..it was just..mleh. But definitely saving them though.
