I don't know if anyone else has heard this or not, but I've heard that the meaning behind the song is about Freddy Mercury confessing how he unknowingly transmitting HIV/AIDS to a guy.
The song is from their 1975 album, "A Night at the Opera" which time-wise, does not make any sense.
(Edited because I'm sleep deprived)

Where to begin? Where to begin?
Let's just start with the fact that the syndrome now known as AIDS wasn't recognized until the spring of 1981.
However, if you play "Fat Bottom Girls" backwards you can clearly hear Freddie Prince say, "Hey Ed, I cleaned the garage, and gave somebody AIDS."
