Yay!!! I actually said, "Yay!" and clapped. So silly.
What happened after she said, "What was the question?" I left the room and missed the last interaction.

The final tag was the funniest part of the episode.
Dave in NY is talking on the phone, congratulating the person who got the job.
Cut to: Ryan hanging up the phone, turning around, and saying to Kelly "We're done."
Fade out.

"Who was that?"
"No one.....We're done" ::eye to camera::
Amazing moment.
Ohhhh! heh. What a show.
Glee!!
But...if neither Jim nor Karen got the job he basically just ditched Karen up in NYC and did he break up with her or what before he asked out Pam? I wish we got to know!
Anyway, it made me really happy. And the Shcurte Bucks were hilarious. And I think Dwight and Angela are the *cutest* couple ever.
I thought Jan's new boobs were the cutest couple ever.

Michael's man-crush on Ryan + Ryan replacing Jan as Jim's boss = the potential for new levels of cringe-worthiness!
I loved it. Pam and Jim on a date. I think its not definite yet if Rashida Jones is coming back next year. Loved that Karen said "Pam's kind of a bitch". Ha!
Poor Jan. A breakdown in every sense of the word. Stretch pants and fake boobs.
Hee, I loved Jan in this episode, she was hilarious! But still, character-development wise, we've had no indication in the past that she was anything but professional when actually working so I thought that her breakdown was kind of sudden and odd. Very very funny though.

At least we know that Jan was not as professional as we thought - shopping online at work, etc., and that the boss noticed that she seemed to be making a lot more trips to Scranton than she should have.
A year ago , we were thinking, "Why the hell is Jan with a loser like Michael? She must have some serious character flaw lurking underneath."
loved it! pam/jim and ryan/kelly were great. i love the evil temp.
Ah I had to miss it last night so I just finished watching it off of iTunes, and my oh my oh my.
Aww Jim and Pam, Pam and Jim, JAM. Karen, who? I am completely, 100% fine with the fact that she was seemingly left alone, and adandoned, in NYC by Jim. I just completely melted at the expression on Pam's face after Jim asked her out. 'What was the question?' I think someone on Best Week Ever.tv quoted it best by saying, "And yet… it is as though the handsomest, most charming man on television has asked me personally out on a date. This is the power of last night’s season finale of The Office."
Other highlight, Ryan teaching Creed how to make a blog = priceless.
