Yup it was definitely him. It's the same ad that appeared in Sex and the City when he posed for the Absolut photo shoot. In fact, Jason sued Absolut for using that image in real life after SatC wrapped because it was only meant to be used for the show.

No I haven't! I missed out on the Elevation tour when it was in Vancouver and Seattle. STILL pissed about it. Esp. after seeing SNL and hearing about them in DUMBO on Monday!

Treasure was written before DaVinci, I believe. It actually only looks that way from the trailers, though; the movie's pretty different.
