Nigella's ham in coke is scrumptious. But maybe that's 'cos I misread the recipe and accidently used cocaine instead of coca-cola. Meh, it was delish.

yup, it's hard. because you don't want your fudge TOO rich a flavor but you don't want something bland like Vanilla fudge.
