The VPs only knew me because I was in the office every week with another asthma attack. My mom would always come and calm me down before it got really bad, but one day they couldn't reach her because she was out walking my dog, and the VP freaked out. She called 911 and I had firemen and ambulance people there, which freaked me out more and made things worse. When my mom finally got there the VP freaked out on her for being unreachable, in front of me. My mom went back the next day and tore her apart telling her that she's the one in charge and she should've acted better.

BBG, she just didn't want to look like an idiot. She's a smart, smart woman, but she had no idea how to handle her job. She had not an ounce of respect from the students, nor from most of the teachers. She was literally the laughing stock, because she just could not handle being in charge of 2500 high school students. More often than not she DID look like a moron, because of her poor use of the skills I'm sure she has, and she put the students in compromising positions to try to make herself look better.
I think I chose not to have it published. It was gonna be my way or none at all. I spent four years challenging that system,a nd I was not going to be part of the promotion of their lies and help it look good.
Anyway, after that oh-so pleasant trip down memory lane, I think it's time for me to go to sleep! In peace and quiet!

When I took AP European History, the teacher I had in the fall semester spent most of class rambling about British soccer and the sex scandals of medieval royalty. At least I had a good teacher for the spring semester.

I had a teacher who -- I swear to God -- asked on an exam what color the gum on the bottom of his shoe was.
He thought he was hysterical.
Alright, I must go to sleep. Cursed be such a good discussion!

Night, Em! I should go to bed soon, too.
One of my teachers - I think it was a science teacher - used to put in really outlandish answer choices for multiple-choice exams.

In my psych 101 course the prof liked to put cheese as one of the multiple choice answers. And he somehow worked cheese into every lecture.

I will give my high school this, we had amazing AP teachers. Our English teacher was teacher us like a second level college course (which AP english is supposed to be), our AP US History class was the hardest class I have ever taken. We read the entire book and knew it inside and out. Same thing for the other AP teachers.
And the censorship in the newspaper was always a pain in the butt. It was worst my senior year though becasue I was the editor and had an awful staff who couldn't write to save their lives and would put completely inappropriate things in their articles.

No class tomorrow. Although I have to go to my appointment at Academic Skills, and I have to go to the campus medical centre to start booking appointments to get my allergy shots.

My first class tomorrow isn't until 2, but a company with internships available in my field is doing some sort of on-campus recruiting presentation at 12:30. *prints out copy of resume*
Okay, I think I'm going to bed now.

This has nothing to do with anything, but I just fixed my iPod and I am very happy about it! *does happy dance* Now I can put all the music that I haven't been able to update with on it and I won't have to be Chittyless and Civilianless anymore!

So it's almost 2:30 and surprise, surprise, yet again I can't sleep. I'm looking forward to the greyhound trip even more, and to go home and sleep in my big girl bed.

I know how that is. Sometimes you just want to scream at the voices in your head to shut up and let you rest.
