My thought was that Tracie pointed out to someone that Adam would be perfect for someone trying out for Cabaret.

Anyhow...this is from the person who seem to have an in with the Cold Case peeps.
They're definitely singing that song [Willkommen] at the beginning of the episode. I'm not familiar with the musical but there were a couple other songs which are probably from it too.
