It's discreetly, Allie - you had it right the first time.

I never know how to spell it either, Allie.

There's another word that I can never remember how to spell (ete or eet), but I can't think of it at the moment!
Hehe, always happy to spread the joy that comes w/ the viewing of my avatar
How are you all?
And umm...is it totally incredibly pathetic that I really want to go to more than one of the stops on Adam's college tour?
Uhm. Yes.
*feels incredibly, totally pathetic*
I always think there's an extra "e" in "judgment"

Pfft, NO. If you can go, GO!
Judgement. That looks right.
I dunno. I think it's weird when people literally follow tours.
It can be spelled either way.
Well I don't know...turns out a close friend of a close friend of mine is in charge of the Cortland event, so there's a very good chance I'm gonna go there instead of Boston, visit my friends there another weekend
But I used to go to GW in DC and George Mason is very close to there and I've been talking w/ my friends there about me visiting, I really miss them, possibly one of the weekends of my spring break, which starts April 8. And, ya know, that was one weekend we were discussing so if I'm gonna be in DC that weekend anyway, I started thinking well I might as well...
Well, microsoft word kept telling me one day it's spelled "judgment" and "judgement" isn't a word. I dunno.
Sure, if you have nothing better to do.

Wickedrentq, I agree with Allie. If you're going to be there anyway, go ahead! (Just my opinion.)
I'm going to try to work on my essay again. I think that well over an hour on BWW, plus a little time squishing pillows and stuffed animals, has eased most of the stress out of me.
'Night, all - but I'll probably be back.
Again, good luck on the paper, CS.
Bye for now.
I looked it up in the dictionary. It had both. Judgement looks better I think.
I won't be seeing any of Adam's shows.
Yeah, judgement always seemed right to me, but I just listen to word when it tells me to change it.
Thanks for the input guys. I suppose I should wait to see if I will infact be there that weekend first...and also maybe after the first show. I mean, I'm just so excited b/c aside from the balcony in Aida and the one song at the Costello concert, I've never heard Adam sing live...nothing from Rent(SoL w/ everyone aside) and none of his own music, which I'm really excited to see/hear.
Yeah, I'm not doing well w/ the school work either. I blame dial-up...

Ew, dial-up! I remember it all too well, my dear.
Fingers crossed you'll make it to at least one concert of his (and report back here immediately!).
What does dialup have to do with schoolwork?
I WISH I had the luxury of a schedule that allowed me to drive to the middle of nowhere New York for this.
Hi! It's been a while!
It'd be nice to see one stop on the college tour. :-/ Oh well. They'll be more...eventually.
Word corrects me wrong. It won't let me spell my way. And it doesn't know all the words.
Hey Alix!
Well, 2 years ago, not even that I wouldn't have considered it, but I wouldn't allow myself to have the schedule to allow it. But I learned a lot from the breakdown, including the fact that providing time and allowing myself to do stuff like this is something I need to do--that was my old problem, I would be doing so many classes and homework and working jobs that my "fun" for the day was dinner. But I'm so much mental healthier and happier through everything I learned from that painful experience.
Oh, in my ridiculous attempt at rationalization(obviously it's my fault), I do a lot of procrastinating while online and the fact that I'm stuck w/ dial-up makes everything go much slower, forcing me to spend more time online than I normally would have to, and leaving less time for schoolwork.
Oh Allie, it can be awful. I was on here one day and the optimum online commercial came on, you know the one where they say "today I will take 3 hours to download a 2-minute song, wait forever for a website to load", etc? I yelled back at the TV: "you don't have to rub it in!"
Still, I suppose it's better than no internet at all. We had to get rid of a phone line so we had to put DSL on a new phone line, but apparently there are too many orders in my area and they can't give us another one, even though we got rid of the old one. How stupid. So I just ordered a modem for cable, pray it works.
That's not at all what I meant. Nevermind. Seriously, I can't even imagine having so little obligation that I could just hop in my car and follow a tour. I certainly believe in doing things that make me happy to balance out stress and everything, but there's having fun and there's going overboard.
Whatever.
I'm not even following the tour, even if I do go more than once,it would only be b/c I'd be in DC anyway, something I'd been planning for a while, if it happens to be that night, then I think to myself it would be cool to go, but I'm not going specifically and only for that, and that's true for all the others. I'm stuck here at home, so I plan on visiting friends/sisters anyway, I visited my sister and friends at Cortland/Cornell and friends in DC last semester, and planned to do similar things along w/ a Boston trip this semester, so then I say oh well why not visit this weekend? so I could go to this too. What's so wrong about that?
