Good morning.

I guess she's right, then; we do always seem to miss each other.
How are you doing, Emcee? Feeling any better?
Mildly. I'm alone in the house, so it's quiet. I feel like Cinderella; my parents are punishing me by making me clean because I "don't do anything else."

That's no good, the cleaning part, but at least you have some time to yourself. Do you get a fairy godmother, at least?
I'm not that lucky.
I think I almost vacuumed a sock, though.

I'll be your fairy godmother, Emcee.
But vacuuming a sock? Psh. Emcee, we all know that socks are only lost in the wash.
I'm completely serious. That's why I shouldn't clean. I saved it from the vacuum's wrath, because I'm such a good samaritan, but still.
yay, I have a fairy godmother!

Well, I say it's a perfectly valid excuse to not clean. Tell your parents that if you are made to vacuum, their socks will magically disappear.
-Dons a tiara-
Just make sure you don't use Adam's tiara. That wouldn't be thanking God, now would it?
It was my mom's sock, too. I should've let it be eaten!

Oh, I would never. I wouldn't even dream. Mine is a shoddy knock-off, unlike my halo.
You should have let it be eaten and enjoyed every moment of it.

-Cheers, takes pictures-
As much as I'd rather not, I've really got to finish a massive research paper that I've barely started. Adieu for now!

Emcee, if I could, I'd go to your house and help you clean! I'm even good at 'fake cleaning' and messing things up. I used to clean my brother's room for him.
The clip finished downloading, finally, at 3:50 am. I passed the time by reading my gorgeous new book. It was more than I ever imagined it could be!
I'm glad your enjoying the RENT book, Allie. I still don't have it either, and I'm thinking I'd better get it soon.
I'm really sorry penguin is leaving us for a while - have a good summer, Fuzzels!
I'm goin away for a week myself, to London. I'll be working a lot, but hope to be able to see Billy Elliot if the *one* night I have free stays free. Have to find a ticket, of course, but the other person going apparently has connections.
ahh. London's incredible.
I guess it's about four years ago. Spring break, Freshman year of high school.
Nice - I've been several times in the last ten years or so, but always for work, so I usually don't see much. My best memory is having afternoon tea at a quite ritzy hotel. It was heaven. However, in college I spent a month there, which was incredible. Too bad I had no money!
I was there for a little under two weeks. Did a LOT of sight-seeing, very little theatre, ironically.
That is ironic. My college visit was part of a course I was taking. We saw a lot of theater, music and dance, and wrote reviews. Tragic, isn't it? Though I must say that I don't have the same interest in reviewing that you and a lot of other BWWer's do. It may partly be the conditioning I've had in my job, where part of what I do is being very supportive and encouraging to the actors. I'm also just a natural fan, I guess.
Well, hopefully I can balance that out. You guys know I don't want to do this to be mean and unsupportive.
Of course not! I was just sort of thinking on (paper, I was going to say, but it's actually a computer screen) about why I have no great urge to write reviews, and I think it's because I'm often in a kind of cheerleader frame of mind at work.
ah, I get it. Well, we all know I'm a selective cheerleader, and will be, no matter what!
