**********BEWARE OF RANDOMNESS!!!!!!**********

Ok. i was going to my voice lesson today, and my teacher lives like an hour away. so anyway, this was the conversation i had w/my mom:

me: mom can i put a cd on?
mom: sure.
me: *grabs 'model prisoner' from her purse and puts it in the...cd thing.* *turns up the sound*
mom: OK TOO LOUD!!!
me: darnit! it's no fun if it's soft!
mom: fine. just leave it. (lol. i love my mom.)
me: *sings along b/c she's a dork*
mom: what's this?
me: adam.
mom: ooo. i like this song.
me: this is only the beginning!!! *procedes the sing along*
mom: *tries to sing along, but it doesn't work*
mom: that was really good. who wrote that?
me: adam. *sigh*
mom: and how old is this adam?
me: 33. 34 in 13 days. mom you should know this.
mom: wow. o yeah. now i remember.
me: *laughs* it's not loud enough! *procedes the turn the volume up*
me: whooo!! this album is like my best friend! i can't wait until 'civilian' comes out.
mom: wait until christmas.
me: I CAN'T WAIT THAT LONG!!! I'LL.....DIE!!!
mom: you can wait.
me: *complains* NO I CAN'T!!!
*procedes to drive to lesson while going through the album*
mom: *we arrive* that was one of the best albums i've heard in a long time.
me: DUH! it's adam!!
mom: get out of the car! no more adam talk for the day.
me: *gets out of the car* mom, you know that's not going to happen.

so....yay!! my mom liked 'model prisoner'! i'm so happy!

haha, one small, teeny, tiny thing. I think Adam's going to be 34 on the 25th, isn't he? He was born in 1970.

Ok another RANDOM post!

Everyone keeps talking about hearing Adam say "swankified" well at the concert he sang The One the Got Away and before he sang it he said "Lets countrify this!" So its close enough!!

Gah, 'Countrified'? DON'T DO IT, ADAM! I do not like country. The One That Got Away is fine as is. How was it changed?

insomniak, it was just piano and guitar... so the harmonica was replaced by Adam messing around on guitar.

I don't think it sounded MORE country than it does on the CD it was just fun to watch him. He had ALOT of fun with the song.

Nope, no electric. Used the same one all night. It was so cute (for lack of a better word) It had a rose on it. I liked it.

We were a bit distracted by his purdy face! (and those red shoes)

I dont think he did use one because there was only one out on stage and he didnt go off to get another one. Anyone else rememer?
