I have to run, so I can't do it now, but keep a look out for my new avatar at some point today. I think you all will like it. insomniak convinced me to change it, and today is a good day to do it. Today marks one year from the first time I saw Adam as Emcee... the day I lost my mind, so to speak.

Edit: say hello to Emcee Adam! He'll be visiting for a while.

indeed we are.. I sound like a man and it's terrible.. I've been sucking down Throat coat and Echinacea tea, taking echinacea and also cold eeze.. Not to mention I'm caughing up a lung or two.. it's horrible.. I feel like I have two or three stage weights sitting on my chest too.. Gotta love that.. Like I said though, if you start taking echinacea and zinc NOW it should combat it and you hopefully wont get bad like me..
