Well, we were originally talking about a whole group of us waving them around during the applause...and then I was just gonna threaten Emcee with it to embarass her...and then she had one too, so I was actually gonna show it to Adam, but then after running around for 45 minutes, I totally forgot that I had it by the time I actually talked to him...
No, we both just randomly ended up with them over the course of that weekend. TGIF gave me one as a 'welcome to NJ' gift.
Nothing major - bitchy professor, bitchy mother. Standard.
But I hugged Adam, so all is well.
I'll throw your bitchy mom along with my hypocritical bitchy mother into the abyss to never be seen again..
That right Em think happpy thoughts..
<--- **looks at avatar and grins, 18 days.. sigh**
His little gesture was just like what they have the kindergarteners in Sunday School do while they sing their 'Jesus loves me' songs.
That made me laugh. What was the line where they had to do that, insomniak?
And QM - It is NOT choreography. Choreography in concert should only happen when we're talking about 'N Sync and the like. The Beatles did not have "movements". But since it's giving us such entertainment, I guess we shouldn't complain. Great music, incredible singing and amusing movements that makes you laugh... all in one performance!
Still, though, was he drunk?

We thought maybe a little. Either a little tipsy or VERY happy.

I don't remember specifically what song or line, amasis, I think I've blocked children's choir out of my memory. *shivers*
You raise a good point on choreography. Now, we know Adam likes the Beatles (he must, to have named his child after one of them) so why does he not follow their example and stick to singing? Alcohol would explain the motions, but if he was smashed then I must say that that is the best drunk singing I have ever heard. Someone give the boy a gold star.
Drunk (or whatever he was) Adam is so much more fun than normal Adam. He was very silly and energetic. Yay for gold stars. And hugs.
I just read through about 15 pages to find out everything I missed about the concert!!! I had a really bad weekend and was not online that much, and completly forgot to check Sunday about the concert!!
Anyway, it was well worth all the reading, thanks to all of you who shared!!
Emcee- I am glad that you got a hug, you must have been dying!!
I hope I am not too late to get in on the video clip action????

He really might have been drunk? That kind of amuses me. amasis, are you pyschic?
gal, I hope the stories cheered you up a little.
Sure, PM me your AIM screenname, adampascalgal.
He may have been. I mean, he seemed perfectly focused, but was QUITE happy.

Hello again everyone! What's this about sporks?? (or maybe I don't want to know....)
And would someone please be so kind as to send me the video(s) from the concert? Thank you!
hahahaa, it is a VERY long story. Should I tell it, guys?
I have the video. I'm doing another transfer now, but check your PM's.
Excuse me, Amasis, but you have been 'resting' in Indonesia for the last year, so you wouldn't know how 'advanced' his 'movements' got. If you had seen him recently you would agree with me... it is choreography
And Insomniak, he wasn't drunk on Saturday. Stoned? Maybe! But not drunk.
QM
So was he really drunk at Kean? Or was that just his excuse for blowing lyrics on three different songs...
YAY! Adam icon is back!!!
I think he made it up that night. That was like... a real show - he's more professional than that. At Joe's Pub they let them drink. Euan Morton used to be smashed when he sang there, I heard.
"Excuse me, Amasis, but you have been 'resting' in Indonesia for the last year, so you wouldn't know how 'advanced' his 'movements' got. If you had seen him recently you would agree with me... it is choreography"
*falls off chair*
Just checking...I didn't think so. I think that was more the fault of the screwy mixing.
So yes. Old avatar, new sig.
Do we like?
I look *so* bad in that pic...but it's just so pretty...
No, it was his fault. Silly didn't do his 'homework.'
Keep the avatar!!
And the sig?
yup! All Adam stays.
Especially "glory"-fied Adam, right?
Which one's that?
Excuse me, Amasis, but you have been 'resting' in Indonesia for the last year, so you wouldn't know how 'advanced' his 'movements' got. If you had seen him recently you would agree with me... it is choreography
He stole that 'I look out the bedroom window' gesture from his kids, though.
True, QM, I've been away. I should withhold judgements until I manage to return and see all this in person. I think I just lost my mind when in your posts about AIDA you started putting 'disco' and Adam Pascal in the same sentence.
so why does he not follow their example and stick to singing?
Because then we wouldn't have as much fun?

I remember that. It's trueeeeeee.
Emcee, were you asking me?
Yeah.
