Hey you guys,

Just returned from seeing Aida with my friend (her third time, but first time with Adam!!!).
Nothing special was going on tonight (no flies flying around Adam's head, no cracking up) apart from:
Micky was even worse than usual and
Adam's WILL FORGET was 80% there, I was just about to get up and cheer for him but thought, hang on, it's not Sunday yet

My friend loved the show (good for her) and we decided that Adam is 'the campest straight man' (alongside Simon Cowell)

Next show: Friday!!!!

ARRRGH!!!! I wish there were still a couple discounts out there. I would've loved to go Friday or Saturday, just to get at least one more in before Sunday, but I just can't do full price!

Very OT of Adam, and I should know this, but when does the convention officially end? Is tomorrow the last day? Will things be back to normal on Friday?

I was looking through my AIDA album (yes I have one devoted to the show and yes I know it's sad) a little bit ago to look at the reduced-in-size seating chart I have in the last page (yes, I realize how sad that is, also) and I came across a picture of the cake my friends had made that had my Adam collage on it. I had forgotten how cute that cake looked. Just thought I'd share.

I'm not sure if I mentioned the album here or somewhere else, but just in case I'll tell you. The same friend that had the cake made up made me the album. She made it with that plastic canvas stuff. The background is an off white thread and she used like a silvery black to do the Eye Of Horus on it. Then she used a shiny gold for the word AIDA and put that underneath the Eye Of Horus. I don't ever have to worry about running out of room, because she used binder rings to hold it together, so I could always just get bigger binder rings if needed. I use the 4/6 plastic inserts, so I can always buy more of them, also. The funny part of it is, when she was doing the transfer of the Eye Of Horus, she transferred it backwards and NONE OF US NOTICED IT!!!! LOL!!! We were sitting in the Palace Theatre a few days after she had given me the album, and she's staring at the curtain and she says, "I think I did the Eye wrong on your album". So I'm staring at the curtain now, but I couldn't remember how it looked on the album. The first thing I did when I got home that night was check and dang if she wasn't right!! What amazed me is that nobody realized it. So many people saw the album before she gave it to me and they're all AIDA savvy because of me, and not one of them saw anything wrong.

I was just looking thru the album at stagedoor pictures from Adam's last show last year. What a sweetie!

Think I'll go back and start at the beginning, then it's nighty-night for me!

Oh, btw, did I say earlier that I bit the bullet and got a ticket to the show?
