A while back, someone (I forget who) actually overheard two people talking about these boards. They were just in a Starbucks, discussing bww.com. How bizarre is that?

I've been so busy - my family's been coming into the city a lot lately, so that's mainly why. I posted a little bit on tonight.

Usually at shows. I love love LOVE sitting before a show starts listening to people talk about theatre. They'll talk usually about what they're read on message boards in general. Just tonight, somebody was talking about Spamalot, and how they were wary of previews, since there were no "official" reviews of Chicago, and they alluded to some stuff that sounded like it was on boards. They also talked about Michael Ball, and how there was some scandal with fans online? Don't know the details, though. Funny stuff.

Working out angst is always good. I'm doing much better than earlier in the week. Green Day has been getting a lot of publicity lately. What's their music like? (I feel so out of it for asking!)

It's amazing how just drums and two guitars can produce the sound they have! And the guy's voice is so unique. I just realized that was Greenday who did that song with the lyrics "It's something unpredictable, but in the end there's light; I hope you have the time of your life",...'cause of that distinct voice.

Today in school I read this: "facetious--clumsy or inappropriate in attempted humor" ..and instantly thought of Adam. ...Yay!..for this coming week OFF!

I love how it does have political undertones, but it's more subtle than 'Bush sucks!!'. The whole album is well put together, a good mix of songs and a variety of things. I like that it tells a story, too. All the tracks are related.

Everyone in the world can benefit from owning this CD. *nods*

Haven't heard enough to pick that up, but it certainly sounds like something I'd go for. I'll borrow it from him again, and see if I like it enough to buy.

Subtle is good. Anything too overt is just going to be dismissed by the people who need to hear it the most.
