I was just about to say, Ellie. I never said that Hayden is gay, I'm aware that there are rumours but there are also rumours about Tom Cruise, Hugh Jackman, Elijah Wood.... all of them really.
When talking about my gay man, I was refering to someone else... I have too many of them in my life.
QM
*mind boggles, then runs away*
Every woman should have one or two gay men, it makes life easier.
I have about 20. I must be doing something wrong.
QM
My count just keeps growing...
Twenty? Lucky you... I'm friends with a gay couple, and they're absolutely terrific, the best friends anyone could have.
Ah, that sounds lovely, Chloe. Girls and gay boys are made for each other.
QM
So today, I had my first stereotypical all-female school experience. I walked out of my classroom, and whoaaa, two girls making out. I have no problem with it whatsoever, but I felt like I was back in high school. Heh. THAT's why the stereotypes exist - because people go at it in the hallways.
semi-on the topic...
but I like the men way better.
Hey star2B! Yes, gay men who like women (there are some who don't) are kind of the best of both worlds. Except for one glaring omission, of course.
You all probably saw this, but I can't resist sharing part of a post on CB from someone who was at the New Year's Eve shoot:
After standing for about 45 minutes or so I see Adam out of the corner of my eye. Then I see Rosario, Anthony, Tracie, Idina, Wilson, and Jesse! They were all there in a group. In this scene they have to act sorta wild and drunk and they are all in their amazingly hot costumes. Rosario looks great in those blue tight pants and Idina's cat suit is awesome! About a minute later the cast disappeared behind a corner and my mom and I are like "Well, they are going to come back" so we wait around some more.
Twice more they rehearse this same scene. On the third time, after they called cut, Adam turns around and looks at everyone else in the cast and starts screaming: "DID YOU F*CK UP? DID YOU F*CK UP?" It was hilarious! Jesse said that Idina ****ed up the scene and they all started laughing and like poking fun at each other.
haha, no, I hadn't seen that! But it just made my night so much better... that image. Oh, Adam.
I bet Adam was serious, you know. I can just see it.... 'Am I just working with amateurs?' *rolls eyes* *pouts*
QM
No, it was probably all his fault. He was practicing his "acting."
It's NEVER his fault. *rolls eyes* *pouts*

My first experience of the Adam eye roll was in School of Rock. It stood out.
That post made me think of what you wrote about the sparks among the OBC, Emcee.
At least this time around Adam has a decent mullet to go with the eye roll so he doesn't look like Christopher Guest doing Spinal Tap
That's what I mean. They love each other and they're having so much fun.
Obviously, QM. I'm so misguided to think such!
You're right, he *did* look like Christopher Guest in Spinal Tap. That's one of my all-time favorite movies. Remember the story Anthony told about he, Jesse and Adam watching it together at Daphne's apartment when they were all getting to know each other?
Christopher Guest is probably my all time fav film-maker (ST, Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show, A Mighty Wind, LOVE THEM!!!)
I don't remember what Anthony said, but I'd love to know
It's not much more than what I already wrote, but here are Anthony's own words (question to him comes first):
"Wow, we have quite similar tastes in books and movies. Just for the record (it may seem silly) but did you like "This is Spinal Tap"?"
I did very much, yes. I haven't seen it in a while, but I remember one afternoon back in December of 1995, while we were in rehearsal for Rent and still getting to know each other, when Adam, Jesse, and myself went over to Daphne's apartment after work and watched parts of it for a good laugh. Thanks for bringing up a fond memory from years past.
Very good! It suddenly occurred to me that maybe Adam *wanted* to look like CG in Spinal Tap. I think he's a fan of the movie too - he quoted from it at the Knitting Factory gig.
Really?! It wouldn't surprise me at all
What scene did he quote? Or did he just say something in a British accent
He was referring to Glen, his guitar soloist, and said something like "I'm Derek Smalls and I wrote that" with a British accent.
ETA: It's way past my bedtime, so I'm going to call it a night! Sleep well...

Hey, since I'm on the Adam thread, anyone happen to know if Mr.Pascal will be gracing NYC with his presence in a concert situation, preferably the week of July 4th?
Cuz I'll be up there for my birthday
