man...something highly amusing that i just had to share...so I told you guys awhile back about the write up I had (two fine gentlemen with thier illegal in a substance free area funnel.) well, i ran into thier neighbor tonight on rounds, and while chatting with him, he found out I was an RA, the RA, in fact, who wrote up his neighbors. He told me I was a LEGEND on thier floor...not in a good way, I'm sure, but I still think it's hilarious. One write up, and I'm that bitch RA LEGEND. haha. it's GREAT.

I bet Raul's library is bigger than the one in Beauty and the Beast. He always has a different book in his hand when I see him. But they aren't ever plays.
And that fantastic picture of Raul and the old guy on the last page wasn't Sondheim. I think it was one of the Sherman brothers. I'm pretty sure that was from Chitty's first preview after party.
And good night, Ang! I hope you feel better!

I have an air conditioner in my bedroom, and my roommate and I are now using it to keep us WARM. It's more like a temperature regulator than an air conditioner, I guess. It's set at a higher temperature than it would be in here if we opened our windows.
Our air conditioner is up in the top of the window (and our room is extraordinarily high) so we can't reach it to adjust the temperature. We tried standing on each other's shoulders, but still couldn't reach it. You turn it on and off by light-switch, but it's always on high cool...which is brutal because we keep bouncing from way too hot to way too cold.
So, who's going to the Halloween concert? I'm still pooling my funds.
I mentioned it to my mom.
She ignored me.
Then she said we'd talk about it later. She can't stop me, but I thought I should make her aware, in order to avoid sudden death. I have the money, but she's convinced that I don't. I'll just give up some of the other shows I want to see and eat a little less Chinese food. This is once-in-a-lifetime.
And with THAT, I'm off to get lost in the library for a presentation that's due tomorrow. I have five hours before I have to get ready to leave for the BWW gathering -- I really shouldn't go, but I feel badly backing out. I'm going now just to GET the books, then I have to actually read and create my presentation. I'm freaking out, argh.

Yeah, thanks Chrys. Too much junk food is fun, but not for my stomach. Today is a cracker and ginger ale day. Oh, did you find out which day you're going to Sweeney this week?

Not yet. I just got a notice from hotmail saying my latest email to him was delayed. Whatever the hell that means. I was hoping he'd say yesterday, but he just explained why I couldn't go backstage during previews.

Well, I was gonna go. But now, I'm flying home to Atlanta that weekend and flying back to NJ on Halloween. I want to buy the ticket, but at the same time, I'd be screwed if my flight was delayed. That has happened to me twice. Once when my best friend was gonna see Aida with me, and once when I was gonna see The Normal Heart. That was the worst feeling in the world! Knowing I had a ticket to see Raul Esparza in The Normal Heart, but being trapped in an airplane flying around Philly for three hours!
