Kooks, that is so cute. I'm sure he will love it!

I just watched Legends of the Fall for the first time in my life. Now I need a stiff drink BIG TIME!

I enjoyed it very much, but wow. I wanted to bitch slap Suzanna. She was my least favorite part of the movie.

ooo, the 10th of which month elphie?

i remember there was a reason for doing the chitty part on sat night, so we wouldn't want to move it to friday night would we? or sunday at 6? sat night isn't looking good for me. don't move it if that's not good for other people. i just thought if it doesn't matter for other people then other times that same weekend might be a possibility.

Kook - I think a count is a good idea. Since it's getting closer and everything. I'll be there!

Alix - I think we had a reason for it being the 29th. I don't remember. But definitely not Sunday night because Raúl won't be in the show.

if we absolutely HAVE to change it, i'll see what i can do...but i have a three hour drive into the city...it's easier for me to do on a saturday than a friday...less traffic for me to battle. but if everyone else is cool with it, i'll try my darndest.

Saturday is best for me, too. But yeah... if it has to be changed, I'll still be there.

I just read this in an interview and it made me giggle. They talked about the eyebrows!

His optimism was sorely tested. While Miami was a hot spot for movie production, Esparza got little work in the industry because, with his blond eyebrows and green eyes, he "didn't look Latin enough," a casting convention that irritates him enormously.

Hehe. Who would have thought that eyebrows and his gorgeous eyes would be a problem?

I don't want to inconveniance anyone. If it's easy that'd be great, but if not, I completely understand and look forward to hearing all about it (and seeing pictures! a complex fellow ). Maybe we'll have a second Chitty party the weekend of Nov 11-13 when Elphie comes.

Oh, those green eyes and blond-ish eyebrows are wonderful. *le sigh*

Did we? I'm not sure. Whatever is easiest for you guys. I'll be there. I don't have any set-in-stone plans on that Friday, so I can make it work either way.

I couldn't find a reason for the 29th as opposed to the 28th (it's around page 211-214), but I vaguely remember there being one. Maybe I'm wrong.

OK, so stick with the 29th since it's already been agreed upon and all. I know I'll hear all the details and hopefully we can do a second one in November when Elphie will be around.
