ugh. shots. haha, yeah I had to get fingerprinted because i'm a sub aide at the pre-k in my town. it was a crazy experience (at least they don't use that horrible black ink anymore!!)
I've been getting allergy shots once a week since I was about six. I still hate needles.

Nooooo!
I read the thread on the mainboard. No fair. Now, operation convince my parents to let me go to NYC for New Year's.
theaterkook, they made me use the black ink. My fingers still have marks.
That's so sad. And so soon!
Must get to the theatre before then.
As sad as I am that Chitty's closing, it kinda makes me feel relieved. No more wondering or worrying. And Raúl can do something a bit more edgy (I miss his angsty fun roles).
Umm....really, really premature, but anyone want to go to the last show on New Year's Eve? It hard for the college people who'll be back home, but I can still come up and stay in my dorm for a few days. Wow, yeah, it's only Nov. 2nd. I'm way ahead of myself. But, I don't have plans yet, so...

I'm here to pay my respects. Even though I figured I wouldn't get to see Chitty, it's sad that now I know for sure I'm missing it.
If my brother doesn't want to go, I'll go with you, ang. I only say that because he may want to go, yet I have no way to explain BWW to him. My family would hurt me.
In a way, this is good. The show hasn't been great for his reputation, really, and now he can do something better for his talents. He gave it a good try, though.
Oh, I'm going. I just need to figure out train schedules and stuff. Convincing my parents will be easier once that's already taken care of.

Nice!
Ok, I will come in on the 30th. See Chitty on the 31st in the afternoon, then do something fun that night. Any ideas?
Why did they schedule it for December 31st? Midtown is going to be packed for the ball dropping. Do you think the actors would stagedoor?
I'm horrible with plans. Someone in town should throw a rockin' New Year's Eve party (other than Dick Clark) to make us feel better.
awwwwwwwww, it's so cute!
I heard it was going to be a matinee and that was it on closing day. I'll find out.
*wails* I'll never be able to get back up there in time!
I'm sad.
Wait, why does everyone need painkillers? Is something wrong?
Oh yeah, I HATE NEEDLES. And, everytime I get a TB shot, they think I actually have TB because my red circle never goes away in time, and last time it was 10 mm in diameter!
*pet*
No, I just have cramps! I'm ok!
Oh, okay, that's good! Painkillers is a scary word.
So, I read this book called "The Time Traveler's Wife" (amazing book by the way) and the main character's name is Henry. For the entire book, I felt a really close connection to Henry, and I felt I knew what he looked like, and I just realized it's because I pictured him looking JUST like Raul. When I read "Henry," my mind saw "Raul."
*pat*
Elphie....
Well, Henry has dark hair and stuff! I just pictured him looking just like Raul, which is a good thing, because Henry was handsome. It's so funny, though. Maybe I AM losing it, but the really close connection I felt with the character is because I thought of him being just like Raul. Okay, I guess I must be crazy. *wilt*
awww, don't wilt!
I just think Raul is so very cute.
He is SO very cute. It was such a weird thing on Monday, to see him give such a kick-ass performance -- something so profoundly roof-tearing, and then to meet him after the show and remember how soft spoken and sweet and CUTE he is. It was like the total opposite.
Like he's a little bookworm, soft spoken and quiet but when the glasses are off and shirt opened he's an animal?
mhmmmm. I just want to cuddle him, though. He absolutely glows with sweetness. He's such a cutie!
*perks up*
Nice analogy, Glebb! I really want to cuddle him now.
