There's a interview where he does it, but of course, being that it's in print... that diminishes the fun.
There's a line in The Normal Heart where he's making fun of the promiscuity and goes "life is just one big Fire Island vacation -- party, party, f*ck, f*ck." It's brilliant!

I love that line in TNH!
That sounds like a horrible idea. If they start saying names... they'd better not.
Skittles, I agree! I saw the car break down and the stage was black for about six or seven minutes and then they made an announcement from backstage. Boo.

How can they, though? I mean, it's just... it's not exactly PC. I can't imagine PBS would want the responsibility of that, nor to be the home of a gossip-fest.
I can understand -- MAYBE -- a discussion of why people stay in the closet, etc.

I'm briefly interrupting to express my disgust. They better not be naming names (and if they do, 'certain people' should sue them for all they're worth).
Sexuality is a VERY personal issue and some people may have good reasons for not having it all over the place. I'd hope for a well balenced broadcast that gives fair credit to those who choose to keep it quiet for real, non-self loathing reasons.
That's what puzzles me; it's a show about THEATRE. And sure, theatre men tend to be gay, but whether you're in or out or whatever, that doesn't HAVE TO effect your art. I'm glad that they want to talk about this play, because it's good for the production's publicity, but there's not way they could discuss it without extrapolating it into real life -- it's just that kind of play. So if they want to discuss the play, they get led to real life. Granted, I think the show shouldn't deal with gossip, but I guess it often does. After all, they have Riedel.

Okay, I've never read that before and that is the BEST interview EVER.
The mental image of Raúl playing Nintendo is too great. And I love that he corrected the person's punctuation of tick, tick...BOOM!
