The One Who Broke My Heart In Little Rock!

I love this movie, and think it has such an underated score (besides of course "Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friend).

Two Little Girls From Little Rock
Bye Bye Baby

LOVE IT.....great movie

that whole 'Ain't there anyone here for love" was SO homoerotic........

It is ridiculous to set a detective story in New York City. New York City is itself a detective story... AGATHA CHRISTIE, Life magazine, May 14, 1956

Psssh, ya think?

I forgot whether I was watching "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" or the whole Take Off With Us/Airotica sequence from "All That Jazz".

SUCH a great movie! Marilyn owns my life anyway, but it's still great.
The thing I love about classic romantic comedies like this is that they all had silly, cliched plots, but they knew that, and they didn't try to sell the movie on plot alone. The music and witty dialogue and one-liners are what you really get out of it. Oh and of course the gorgeousness of Marilyn and Jane re: The One Who Broke My Heart In Little Rock!

I absolutely love whenever Marilyn says "Bye Lover!", as if her boyfriend's name is not important.

This movie is so fun and entertaining.

or when Lady Piggy says "of course" (in response to Marilyn trying on the tiara........she makes that line last three times as long as it should and sound SO....Queen Victoria, 'We are not amused!"
