Was obsessed with this as a kid. I remember I used to watch it and the film of Papp's Pirates of Penzance back to back...

How oddly coincidental. I just saw this about 2 weeks ago on dvd.

It was of course awful, but what a blast.

Didn't care much for the music, but the finale is so insanely catchy I was singing it for days.
