Anyone keeping up with this?

Apparently one of his backup singers broke down in tears in court today claiming that yes, she introduced the girl (age 12 or 13) to Kelly.

The details of the sex tape--which was shown to the jury--show that the Dave Chappelle spoof wasn't far off. In fact, it was right on the money.

Is he screwed?

"Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.” ~ Muhammad Ali

The roughly 27-minute homemade video shows a man having sex with a young female, who is naked for most of the recording — except for a necklace with a cross dangling from it.

At the start of the videotape, the man hands the female money and she mouths the words, "Thank you." She is often blank-faced, impassive. The man speaks to the female in a hushed, monotone voice, and she calls him "Daddy."

Songs from the Spice Girls and Backstreet Boys blare from a radio. The female dances — the man out of view. Back in view, he has sex with her. The man walks up to the camera to adjust it a few times, but his face is often obscured.

As she dances, the female urinates on the floor. Near the end of the video, the man urinates on the female.

This is so weird, because I've met the guy. I drivepast his mansion several times a week. His kids take drama classes at our theatre. He gave us the complete "Stuck in the Closet" saga on DVD.

That being said, he's probably guilty.

But think of how many more TRAPPED IN THE CLOSETs this whole thing will inspire!

If there ain't no mole, he wasn't in the hole...

(Robert has a big mole/birthmark that is not seen in the video, which supports the theory it was doctored.)

PEACE.

If someone managed to creat a fake videotape, they should be in hollywood making films. It's him, doing what he usually does with the exact type of girl he does it with.

That said, I bet he gets off (again).

My friend went to high school with the girl. She used to openly brag about it.
