I still think it's GHASTLY what those stupid audience members did in Aida, although Adam didn't quite handle it the best way.

The 'death stare' is something I'm trying to forget, thank you. Along with what people did to cause it. Way to kill near-perfection.

People snuck in cameras to the finale of AIDA and took pics during the tomb scene, Apparently Adam broke character.

OMG that is horrible!

I guess only Fredi can attest to what ot's like to be on the BWAY stage and have that happen.

Last time I was at Rent, some guys cellphone went off TONS of times and someone scream "Shut the DAMN thing OFF!" The whole Rent cast broke character!

Well, I wasn't there to see the "evil death stare" but heard about it from Emcee and others who were. Apparently, in the scene where they were in the tomb, everyone started taking pictures, and Adam gave them the now famous "death stare" I would have liked to have seen that.
Fredi, did you ever get the chance to see Aida? And if so, what did you think?

It's f*cking dangerous. And he was f*cking pissed. Rightfully so.

There had been flashes the entire show, but they were sporadic. During the tomb scene (pitch dark, mind you) they were almost constant. Like an enormous strobe light. Adam literally turned his head and gave the audience an apparently nasty look. I was too busy crying; I missed it.

I actually had a cast member get hit in the head with a large piece of moving scenery because he got disoriented when someone took a flash picture during the show. He wound up in the hospital for 2 days.. I was so angry.. I have no tollerance for flash photography in the theatre.

The phone went off this guy screamed and the whole cast just looked up at this guy. I was on House Left, the guy was House Right. It was horrible. And when the cast looked up the audience groaned. From the story it sounds unprofessional, but this cell phone was ridiculous.

Not really b/c of the audience, but how about when Jeoy lost control of the rope as Fiyero and the whole cast broke down! Or when he just missed his cue completely, leaving Idina and JLT alone on the stage to dance...

'Twould be tres fantastique if in the middle of a show Idina had some sort of meltdown, and did a Maureen-style moon mid-Defying Gravity. Imagine the poor kids crying their eyes out.

I agree. Its really annoying. Cellphones are bad too. I am so obsessive compulsive (bowlers) when it comes to shutting off my phone at the begining of the show. Ill actually hold it to make sure periodically that I have turned it off.
